The HABC Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors is the qualification required to work legally in licensed premises across the UK, and the foundation on which professional conduct in that role is built. The course covers four units: working within the private security industry, the specific responsibilities of a door supervisor, conflict management, and physical intervention skills.
Each unit is taught with the understanding that door supervisors operate in high-pressure environments where judgement, communication and restraint matter as much as any physical capability. The course is structured to develop all of these in equal measure.
Training is delivered across four days at our Edinburgh or London locations.
