Job Title: SIA Door Supervisor

Location: London
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time positions available
Shift Pattern: Evening and weekend availability required

About Us

We are currently seeking professional Door Supervisors to join our team and contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment at our clients’ premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, check IDs, and monitor crowd behaviour.
  • Conflict Resolution: Defuse difficult situations and handle disputes calmly and professionally.
  • Patrolling: Regularly patrol the venue to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to licensing laws and venue policies.
  • Search Procedures: Conduct bag and body searches as required to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue.
  • Emergency Response: Act swiftly in case of emergencies, assisting with evacuations and coordinating with emergency services when needed.

Requirements:

  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Good physical fitness and stamina
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Must be 18 years or older

Location: London/Remote
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible working hours)

About Us

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Admin Assistant to join our team, providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administration: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence; manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
  • Scheduling: Organise meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for team members.
  • Document Management: Prepare, format, and file documents, ensuring they are organised and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a friendly and professional service.
  • Support Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks and provide support to different departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications (A-Level or higher qualifications preferred)
