Having a Close Protection operator capable of responding to and managing any immediate traumatic medical issue is essential to the safety and wellbeing of the principal and their family. Within a Close Protection environment, medical incidents can occur without warning, and the ability to deliver immediate and effective medical intervention is often critical.
Our Close Protection operatives are trained to assess, stabilise, and treat a wide range of medical situations, from serious and catastrophic injuries through to minor incidents such as burns, allergic reactions, and insect bites.
Our Close Protection team is made up of experienced and professional operators who are well versed across multiple security and protective disciplines. Every member of our team is medically qualified, holding recognised certifications ranging from FREC Level 3 and FREC Level 4 through to Team Medic. This ensures our Close Protection services consistently meet the highest professional and medical standards within the private security sector.
Operators are trained to deliver immediate trauma care, manage medical emergencies, and coordinate rapid evacuation or hospital transfer when required. How Our Close Protection Services Work
Our close protection services are designed for individuals and organisations requiring discreet, professional security in high risk or sensitive environments. Every assignment begins with a structured assessment of the client’s profile, lifestyle, travel patterns and exposure to potential threats.
We operate using a layered security approach. This includes advance work, route and venue reconnaissance, behavioural threat awareness, secure transport planning and close coordination with support staff where required. Protection officers are selected based on suitability for the assignment, not availability, ensuring the correct balance of presence, discretion and capability.
